Applicant Instructions
Use your Application No and password to log in. After login, fill in all required details, upload the required documents, and submit the form to complete your application.
- New applicants should use Apply Now to create an application login.
- If you have already created your applicant login, log in and complete the application form by filling in all required details.
- Applicant Name, Email, and Mobile cannot be changed after registration is completed.
- Keep your Application No and password safe for future access.
- Complete all required fields, upload the required documents, preview your application carefully, and then submit it.
- Your application is considered complete only after the application form has been successfully submitted.
- After submission, the application is locked and the Registration Slip is available from the dashboard.
Required Documents
- Identity Proof - Copy of Voter ID / PAN Card / Driving License / Aadhaar Card
- Residential Proof - Telephone Bill / Electricity Bill / Bank Pass Book
- Copy of Original Affidavit in prescribed format
- Copy of Payment Receipt
- Recent Passport size photograph duly attested
- Full Signature of the Applicant
- Specimen Signature of the Applicant
- One cancelled cheque of the applicant for NEFT/RTGS refund
